Speaker Bios

Maureen Conners is CEO of Conners Consulting. She is a Board Director at Fashion Incubator San Francisco, NACD Northern California and The Smithsonian Libraries and was previously a Board Director at Deckers (NYSE: DECK). She is a former senior executive at Gillette, Levi’s and Mattel. Maureen advises CEO’s and Boards on strategy, new technologies, and new business models for creating growth in this disruptive era, and has created two programs to help Boards/C Suite with tech and strategy implications: CES and Insights for Boards and CES and Davos.

Candice Eggerss is an experienced institutional investor, board member, and advisor. She has over 30 years of experience as a portfolio manager and venture capitalist in New York and Silicon Valley with a focus on new technologies. She currently is an advisor to a startup software company and a financial mentor for women wanting to better manage their own wealth. Candice recently stepped down as a board member and chair of the membership committee of IWF NorCal. 

Mary Jo Potter has been engaged in healthcare for 30 years. Having been on two of the largest health systems’ boards for 25 years, she did strategy consulting in the industry for 20 of those years. Ten years ago she began venture investing in healthcare, and has since become a GP for Keiretsu Capital and an LP with four other firms. She is currently Managing Director at Healthcare Angels.
