Join us for a unique opportunity to hear directly from three female startup founders about their experiences and insights. Our founder panelists will share their journey, from starting their company to scaling and growing it. They will address topics such as their inspiration for starting the company, their biggest challenges, and the key decisions that helped their company get to where it is today. The panelists will share their insights and lessons learned along the way, such as the importance of perseverance, embracing agility, the value of having a strong team, and the challenges of raising capital and managing cash flow. IWF NorCal member Beth Devin will moderate the panel.

ALL3D is a B2B software platform enabling manufacturers, retailers and designers to create virtual products and storefronts. The company is virtualizing retail and is focused on the $1.9T home goods and improvement verticals.

Kristen Wiley, CEO & Founder of Statusphere

Statusphere is a micro-influencer marketing platform that connects brands and agencies with micro-influencers (aka as creators). The company turns consumer creators into a brands’ most valuable marketing channel by providing the creators with free products and gift cards in exchange for creating and sharing content about their products on social channels, such as Instagram and TikTok.
