COOL: Women Leaders Reversing Global Warming
With IWF NorCal member Paola Gianturco
Thursday, April 13 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Pacific)
Join us for a special virtual event with IWF NorCal member and author/photographer Paola Gianturco, who will present slides and stories from her new photographic book, "COOL: Women Leaders Reversing Global Warming," which was co-authored with her 11-year-old granddaughter. The book features 27 women climate leaders in 10 countries around the world and Paola will share slides and stories from interviews with these climate leaders. The stories will inspire you to act, and Paola will suggest lots of ways you can do that. All author royalties from the book go to The Women’s Earth Alliance, and a tree will be planted for every book that’s sold.
